Works alongside your Upwork account

Win more of the right work on Upwork

GigPitch watches your saved searches, scores every new job against your own criteria and drafts a proposal in your voice. You review and approve it, and it’s sent from your own Upwork account.

  • Your own Upwork login
  • You approve every send
  • Data stored in the EU
The GigPitch jobs list: new Upwork jobs ranked by score, with budget, when each was posted, the client’s rating and spend, the Connects cost and a status.

A companion to Upwork, not a replacement

Keep using Upwork the way you do now. GigPitch does the searching, sorting and first drafts in the background, and hands every proposal back to you to send from your own account. Here’s one job’s journey.

  1. Step 1, On Upwork: A client posts a job

    On Upwork, exactly as today.

  2. Step 2, In GigPitch: Your search finds it

Your saved searches run on a schedule, as often as every 15 minutes on Agency.

  3. Step 3, In GigPitch: It’s scored on your rules

Skills, budget, client quality and red flags. Strong fits are emailed to you.

  4. Step 4, In GigPitch: A draft in your voice

When you ask for it, written as the right pitch profile for that kind of work, then fact-checked.

  5. Step 5, In GigPitch: You review and approve

Edit anything. The Connects cost is shown before it goes.

  6. Step 6, On Upwork: Sent from your account

Through Upwork’s official interface, as your own proposal.

  7. Step 7, On Upwork: The client replies on Upwork

Messages, interviews, contracts and payments stay in Upwork.

Stays in Upwork

  • Messaging clients
  • Interviews and offers
  • Contracts, milestones and payments
  • Your profile, reviews and Connects

GigPitch adds

  • Runs your saved searches on a schedule
  • Scores every job on your own criteria
  • Drafts and fact-checks proposals, pitched as the right profile
  • Keeps a checked library of case studies and videos to attach
  • Keeps an approval queue and your win-rate analytics

What GigPitch does

Be first to the best jobs

Save the searches you already run on Upwork and GigPitch runs them for you, during the hours you choose. Every new job is scored against your criteria, so the strongest fits rise to the top and every job has its place on your board, from new to hired.

  • Review new jobs one by one: skip, shortlist or draft, then on to the next
  • Email alerts for high-fit jobs, plus a daily digest
  • See why each job got its score, rule by rule
  • Red flags you set, like unpaid test tasks, are skipped with the reason shown
The GigPitch pipeline board: jobs in columns from New and Shortlisted to Drafting and Scheduled, each with its score and budget.

Proposals in your voice, with nothing made up

Ask for a draft and it’s written from your own profile and past proposals, tailored to the job. Before you see it, it’s checked for claims your profile can’t back up.

  • Unknowns become a [placeholder] for you to fill in
  • Screening questions are answered for you to review
  • Bids below your rate floor are flagged
A job opened in GigPitch: a proposal drafted as the SaaS and payments profile, with two placeholders to fill in and an unverifiable claim replaced, beside the job and client details.

Sell yourself differently for each kind of work

Create a pitch profile for each kind of job you want, with its own headline, bio and proof points. Each search pitches as the profile you choose, so a dashboard job gets your dashboard story and a billing job gets your billing wins.

  • Proof points are real results that drafts can quote as fact
  • Switch profile for a single job and redraft
  • A default profile for searches that don’t pick one
Three GigPitch pitch profiles, for SaaS payments, Next.js dashboards and Node APIs, each with a headline, bio, proof points and the searches that use it.

Attach your best work, safely

Keep case studies, samples and short Loom, YouTube or Vimeo videos in one library, and choose which go with each search by default. Upwork doesn’t allow contact details before a contract, so every file is checked first.

  • Email addresses, phone numbers, outside links and handles are caught, even in footers and file properties
  • Files with contact details are refused and deleted straight away
  • Video links go in your cover letter; files are attached through Upwork’s own upload page
A proposal ready to send: a checked case study PDF attached on Upwork and a Loom walkthrough in the cover letter, the approve panel showing the file ready on Upwork and the Connects cost.

You decide what gets sent

Every proposal waits for your approval, with its Connects cost shown. On Pro and Agency, Autopilot can send drafts that match rules you authorised word for word, after a hold window you can cancel.

  • Sent from your own Upwork account
  • A daily Connects cap you set
  • Turn Autopilot off at any time

Spend your Connects where they count

Follow every job from found to drafted, sent, interviewing and hired. See your win rate by search, score band and weekday, and what each hire cost you in Connects.

  • Tune your searches with your own numbers
  • Spot which score band is worth bidding on
  • Export your data whenever you like
GigPitch analytics: jobs found, proposals submitted, win rate and Connects spent, a funnel from found to hired, and win rate by search, score band and weekday.

Questions

The short version: GigPitch helps you find, score and draft. Upwork is still where you talk to clients and get paid.

Does GigPitch replace Upwork?

No. GigPitch is a companion that works alongside your Upwork account. It finds, scores and drafts; you keep using Upwork itself for messages, interviews, contracts, payments and your profile. Proposals are sent from your own Upwork account.

Is GigPitch part of Upwork?

No. GigPitch is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork. You connect your own Upwork account, and you remain bound by Upwork's Terms of Service.

Do I need to give GigPitch my Upwork password?

No. You connect through Upwork’s official sign-in (OAuth), and you can disconnect at any time.

Will GigPitch send proposals without asking me?

Only if you turn on Autopilot for a search and authorise its exact rules. Even then, each send waits for a hold window you choose so you can cancel it. By default, you approve every proposal.

Can I attach files and videos to proposals?

Yes. Upload case studies and samples (PDF, Word, PNG or JPEG, up to 10 MB) and add Loom, YouTube or Vimeo links. Every file is checked for contact details first, because Upwork doesn’t allow them before a contract. Video links go in your cover letter, and files are attached through Upwork’s own upload page when you approve. Autopilot sends video links only.

Does it guarantee I win more jobs?

No tool can promise that. GigPitch helps you find suitable jobs sooner and write better-targeted proposals, but clients decide who they hire.

Who pays for Connects?

Connects are always your own, spent from your Upwork account. GigPitch shows the cost before you approve and never goes over the daily cap you set.

How do AI draft credits work?

1 credit = 1 AI draft. Each plan includes credits every month, which reset at the start of each billing month. Need more? Top-up packs start at $7 for 50 credits and never expire. You're never billed after the fact.

What’s in the free trial?

Pro comes with a 7-day free trial that includes 10 AI drafts, so you can see proposals written in your own voice before you pay.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from Billing. You can also export your data or delete your account from Settings.

Spend less time hunting, more time on work you want

Connect your Upwork account, save a search and see your first scored jobs. The Pro trial includes 10 AI drafts.
